I am so excited to be with you here in this moment, for the first episode of Wealth Consciousness, where we will look at the opportunity to uplevel your set point for your wealth both personally and professionally. I want share with you today that this podcast was born out of the idea that I want to inspire you beyond your social media scroll. I want to ignite your heart's desire.
I'm here to speak life to you and inspire you to move more quickly towards fulfilling your heart's desire. You may be thinking, I thought this podcast was about scaling my business and increasing my wealth. It is.
To scale your business, it's necessary to scale your heart, mind, and soul. Today I want start with the meaning of wealth consciousness.
Our wealth is in our relationships, health, spirituality/community and our impact/ finances. What stands between our current and desired state in these areas? Our thoughts and beliefs. When we challenge those limiting beliefs in whatever area they may arise, we start to notice that our wealth consciousness is reflected in every dimension of our life. So in other words, our limiting beliefs must be addressed in all areas of our lives. But we all have blindspots and the interesting thing about the blind spots that we all have is that they are deep and subtle. We've developed them over time.
Here's the good news. Limiting beliefs are actually just showing us an opportunity to let go of old thinking, old stories, old ideas that no longer serve us. Perhaps they did serve us when we created them, but now they've grown outdated. So each time we bump up against a limiting belief, we have the opportunity now to use that as a road sign.
A road sign that says this is a limiting belief that actually is the way out to the next level in my understanding of wealth consciousness and how to scale my business and my life. An opportunity to scale my thoughts to support exponential growth.
We can start to see that we have a huge impact on our progress just within our daily thoughts. Our thoughts become our behavior and we can quickly shift those thoughts literally in our next breath.

Eliminating Limiting Beliefs

Why do we have limiting beliefs?
Most often limiting beliefs are unconscious thoughts, which appear as defense mechanisms to avoid possible hurt, frustrations, failure, and disappointment. At a time in the past, you may have suffered from something specific, and now when you come face-to-face with a similar feeling situation, your subconscious finds a way to try to block it. The conditioned self’s job is to maintain homeostasis, no matter the cost.
So, how can you eliminate these limiting beliefs?
They won’t go away from forced positive thinking. That’s like pumping expensive gasoline into a car that doesn’t run.
Awareness is the place to start. Identify your Groundhog Day. What’s the recurring situation or outcome your experience in relationships, business, your finances, that isn’t working for you. Start to recognize that moment you realize “how did I get myself here, again”.
Everywhere I go, there I am. It can be very frustrating. Limiting beliefs are at the root of depression, anxiety, stress, sleep issues, muscle tension, headache, and fatigue, just to name a few.
“Any obstacle in your environment or your experience is rooted in your thinking.”
When entrepreneurs ask about why it’s so difficult to scale their business; I respond that my experience in working with business owners from all industries is always the same.
“The thinking that got you here is not the thinking that will get you accelerated growth. The urgency is not in the business or in the market, instead in paying attention to shifting your thoughts. Scaling a business or raising your level of fulfillment in your life is an inside job.”
There is no quick fix, but there is a method for releasing limiting beliefs and opening up to all that’s possible. Doing the inner work can seem daunting but I can assure you, I know the way out. The possibilities are limitless.

5 Energetic Blocks Keeping You From Success

This is a tough one because if you struggle with poor boundaries, you probably have a hard time knowing what is a healthy boundary.
Poor boundaries come in many sizes. Although whether you struggle with boundaries that are too permeable or too rigid, the consequences may look very similar. The typical feelings that arise from poor boundaries are resentment, nothing is ever good enough, being misunderstood and overworked.
#2 Top energetic block: focus on lack. The unconscious mind focuses on problems like it or not. Our brains are still working on survival. Our survival has taught us to look for the danger or the risk related to our situation.
#3 Top energetic block: trauma. We live in an imperfect world. Unfortunately, many women and men have suffered from forms of physical, emotional, financial, sexual abuse, or trauma. The mind, body, and spirit are all affected by trauma. We carry it in our body, in our memory, and it wounds our spirit. The effects of trauma can affect a lifetime if not properly addressed. Trauma taints our viewpoint, our story, and our ability to be present to ourselves. The feelings that may arise from trauma are shame, guilt, depression, lack of safety and security, fear and sadness. In the case of trauma, it's best to consult with a professional to begin or continue the process of healing. Give attention to yourself. Create the safety and security needed to be in the practice of healing and ask for help when it's needed.
#4 Top energetic block: rumination. Webster's Dictionary defines rumination in this way; to go over in the mind repeatedly, to chew repeatedly for an extended period. The habit of rumination is usually a sign of high anxiety. When we ruminate, we are typically unaware of the toll that it takes on our energy, our ability to remain in the present moment, and our body's stress response.
#5 Top energetic block: limiting beliefs. We are conditioned by our early childhood experiences which helped us to understand how to create survival beliefs. It all distills down to how to get love and how to not get left from love, whether we're conscious of it or not. We create our beliefs based on our interpretations. Bring awareness to limiting beliefs. When you notice a pattern that triggers unproductive emotions; ask yourself, what does it mean that this happened this way? You may start to be more aware of your limiting beliefs by noticing how certain situations typically go for you.

Hello and welcome to episode four of the Wealth Consciousness Podcast. Today we're going to talk about cultivating your inner sanctuary and mastering your focus. I'm so grateful for this time to share together. This podcast was born out of the idea that I want to get out of the noise of social media and share some inspiration to your heart.
I am grateful that every day I have the honor to share the entrepreneurial journey of growing and scaling businesses with our client members. It's so much fun for me because I see the evidence daily that personal development, insight and intentional action transforms businesses and lives. I also see the challenge that entrepreneurs have with staying on purpose with focused attention. Most entrepreneurs are self-taught experts at juggling a lot of balls in the air, putting out fires and reacting to incoming demands.
Our thought life is not meant to be a highway, but sometimes it can feel like it. Here's the confusing part. Sometimes you may even feel like the ability to have high speed multiple thoughts is even a part of your personal genius, and maybe it is when you can find your focus and tap into your creative genius.
Most client members tell me that the sweet spot is hard to find and even harder to harness on demand. Instead, they describe a long to-do list that just grows longer and how personal rejuvenation and enough sleep is really hard to find time for.
Most entrepreneurs give me a big eye roll when I ask, how are you cultivating and nurturing your inner sanctuary? Wealth consciousness is a holistic approach to your personal and business growth.
Our wealth is in our health, in our relationships, in our spirituality, and in our finances. These four pillar categories are like the legs to the stool. We need them all equally, or we have none. In my opinion, there's nothing more important than mindset in any of these four areas.
If your thought life feels like a high speed highway, I wanna suggest that by cultivating your inner sanctuary, your mind, body, spirit, you can create the mindset that supports the attitudes and behaviors that help achieve dreams with joy, passion, love, and fulfillment. So here's a few suggestions for cultivating your inner sanctuary and mastering your focus.
I'm going to give you a list to choose from as some may seem more doable or interesting than others to you. First, I want to offer the practice of silence. Number two suggestion is to cultivate your inner sanctuary by journaling gratitude. Number three will be to practice breath work or guided meditation.
In my experience, most entrepreneurs are experts at the life is a highway thought life with speeding rumination and gridlock overthinking. Mastering the focus that it takes to run, scale and grow a business, takes cultivating an inner sanctuary, accessing your creative genius, and mastering your intentional focus. The focus that comes from knowing your heart's desire and taking wise, well-planned action.
