We Got You - 186. I've Failed As An Educator

186. I've Failed As An Educator

07/08/24 • 28 min

We Got You

Here's the truth.

There have been countless times I've FAILED as an educator. Countless times I've battled with myself behind-the-scenes:

  • reminding myself my intentions,
  • pushing myself to open up about topics we often like to keep hidden
  • not droping off the face of the earth when feeling overwhelmed by the outside world,
  • remembering your worth and supporting your peers at all times,
  • not "selling just to sell" and certainly not selling yourself too short

...the list goes on and I know I'm not the only one who has felt like this in the education industry.

Let's be honest.

Whether you're in the education space yourself, or someone who looks up to others in this industry, I highly recommend listening in this week and keeping this conversation going, whether you agree or not.
