WALK THE TALK

Who is the Guest?:
Dr. Wendy O'Connor is a marriage and family therapist based in Los Angeles. She has extensive experience working with highly diverse cultural and socioeconomic populations, as well as some of Hollywood’s wealthiest celebrities and royalty. But regardless of who she's working with, her main focus as a therapist is to help others develop a sense of meaning and purpose in life, and to help people find true love. And a big part of that discovery starts from within.New Skills and Knowledge:
Wendy talks about identifying red flags, or areas of concern, when it comes to finding the right person. While it might sometimes be easy to say yes or no to a potential partner, it's often much harder to look inward and know our own areas of improvement. In this episode, Wendy comments on understanding the self, our own attachment styles, and getting back to some dating basics. Cool Links & Tools:
