Who is the Guest?: Raheem shares a story of extreme change, having gone from a life of structure and regulation to one day being thrown to the wind and left to his own devices. Raheem spent 8 years in the United States Marine Core, having worked his way up to Corporal Rank. He's done 2 tours in Iraq, was responsible for a team of 30 Marines, and has been awarded commendation for outstanding service.
In 2010, after deciding to get out of the military, Raheem got into competitive natural bodybuilding and fitness training. Today he is an elite level fitness trainer, and runs a luxury sports club in Manhattan. Raheem trains athletes, actors, models and health experts, and most importantly, has managed to carve out for himself a life he loves.
