Who is the Guest?:
Dr. Wendy O'Connor is a marriage and family therapist based in Los Angeles. She has extensive experience working with highly diverse cultural and socioeconomic populations, as well as some of Hollywood’s wealthiest celebrities and royalty. But regardless of who she's working with, her main focus as a therapist is to help others develop a sense of meaning and purpose in life, and to help people find true love. And a big part of that discovery starts from within.New Skills and Knowledge:
Wendy talks about identifying red flags, or areas of concern, when it comes to finding the right person. While it might sometimes be easy to say yes or no to a potential partner, it's often much harder to look inward and know our own areas of improvement. In this episode, Wendy comments on understanding the self, our own attachment styles, and getting back to some dating basics. Cool Links & Tools:

Who is the Guest?: Tenny Avanesian is the founder & COO of Lemonette Dressings, the first line of exclusively lemon-based salad dressings and marinades. But more fascinating than that, Tenny has zero background in the culinary world! Trained as a lawyer and a "career academic", Tenny's decision to start a salad dressing company represents a huge deviation from her formal training and a serious detour on her life journey. Yet, despite this change in direction, it's also been this choice in doing so which has brought her the most success financial, as well is satisfaction in line.

Episode 76 - Matt Mounier
From Matt:
I'm not a special story. Actually, what makes my story special is how not special it was supposed to be. In high school, I received over a 4.0 and was a top-ranked player in the county. I knew I wasn't a high major D1 prospect but this allowed me to open more doors.
I decided to attend Whitman College, nicknamed the Harvard of the west. I was going to go to school, be in a program that had players overseas and get an amazing education.
I figured that I would enjoy my time, continue to focus on sports and school, and when I walked across the stage with my diploma I would be ready for my life after sports.
I decided that I would probably have a steady job. Reach middle management before I was 30. Have plenty of money and live an above-average life.
Lucky for me. That couldn't have been further from the truth.
I remember feeling lost, hopeless, stagnant without my sport. I lost my identity, my purpose, my passion and it felt like I had no one to talk to about it.
That's my mission. To prevent this from happening. I'm creating post athlete phenoms in the real world.
