Data Literacy
Voluntary Input
10/12/22 • 33 min
We seem to hear about data on a day-to-day basis. However, the things we hear about it tend to revolve around Social Media and the likes of Google.
But is there more to data than the gloom and doom tech stories we tend to get from the media?
On this episode we are joined by Kevin Hanegan to talk about Data Literacy.
Kevin is currently the Chief Learning Officer at Qlik, a data and analytics company. He is also the chair of the advisory board for The Data Literacy Project and author of multiple books, including "Turning Data Into Wisdom: How We Can Collaborate with Data to Change Ourselves, Our Organizations, and Even the World."

Special Guest - Jordan Skopp
Voluntary Input

There is a risk to fans and families attending baseball games that seems to get little to no attention, although it should. Worse yet, there is a seemingly simple fix that also appears to be largely overlooked.
My guest for this episode is Jordan Skopp. Recorded via phone call on October 8th, 2021, Jordan speaks to us about this issue, past and present incidents, as well as the solution that baseball seems to want to ignore.
