Who am I?
I have more than 40 years experience in the entertainment business ranging from professional disc jockey, musician, sound engineer and music producer. I have a passion for technology, inventions in TECH, and more. Oh, I should mention I am a singer/songwriter as well, and enjoy making up song parities. I use them from time to time in the podcast episodes to make a point, but mostly to get a laugh. "Got my gadgets and gizmos, my tech game strong. From the latest smartphones to AI gone wrong... See what I did there? Anyhow, if you expect me to be serious for more than a minute, I'm not your guy! I try my best to infuse humor in everything I do. It's how I code in this crazy, mixed-up world. I am deeply captivated by the world of technology and have an insatiable curiosity to explore its inventions and the brilliant minds behind them. Technology, with its transformative power, has the ability to shape and improve our lives in remarkable ways. It sparks my imagination, igniting a sense of wonder and awe as I witness the endless possibilities it presents. From cutting-edge gadgets to groundbreaking software, each tech invention represents a remarkable fusion of innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. What truly fascinates me, however, is the incredible people behind these tech marvels. The visionaries, engineers, and entrepreneurs who tirelessly push the boundaries of what is possible. Their dedication, passion, and unwavering belief in their ideas inspire me to explore their stories, the challenges they've overcome, and the impact they've made on society. I am drawn to understanding the intricate process of turning a simple concept into a tangible reality, observing how these inventors leverage their technical expertise, adapt to evolving landscapes, and embrace failures as stepping stones towards success. Exploring the world of tech offers a window into the future. It allows me to witness firsthand the breakthroughs that shape industries, revolutionize communication, redefine healthcare, and create entirely new experiences. By delving into the stories of these tech pioneers, I gain insights into their motivations, philosophies, and the impact they strive to make on the world. Their innovative thinking and relentless pursuit of progress inspire me to remain at the forefront of technological advancements, continuously learning, adapting, and seeking ways to contribute to this ever-evolving landscape. In summary, my love for technology stems from its ability to revolutionize the world and enhance the human experience. Exploring tech inventions and the people behind them not only satisfies my curiosity but also fuels my passion for innovation, propelling me to stay abreast of the latest developments and contribute to the exciting technological frontier. It is a thrilling journey of discovery, where imagination meets reality and where the possibilities are truly boundless. It's impossible to know everything going on in tech and trying to keep up with is is even more challenging. That's why I like to cover the history in tech as well. It shows us how far we've become and how much we take for granted.
