The Art of Judging

Today's society and culture is really no different than when Jesus was here or even before! And one of the problems Jesus addressed was judging - in which this episode goes in-depth discussing the Gospel of Matthew, 7:1-6 - and unfortunately is something we all still struggle with regardless if it's just a thought in our head or boldly shouted at our lungs capacity. Moreover, the biggest issue He addressed, was not necessarily the fact that we judge, it's the way that we judge, and how we tend to deny that we judge at all! So this message is something to dive deeper into the context of what Jesus was saying and how it can be done appropriately. In other words, due to the touchy nature of the topic, there is an art to judging.
That said, it's in all of our best interest to see if we can adhere to this artful skill that so many look down on when sadly they don't fully understand that judging is not the problem - WE ARE. Please note that this is my personal interpretation of the scripture to the best of my current knowledge and understanding. I encourage anyone to please check and verify as the scripture encourages all believers to do so. There may be times where I have overlooked and/or misunderstood information by mistake which is why verifying is important if you feel lead by the Holy Spirit to do so.
