We'll just come out and say it: relationships are hard with a capital "H", people. Whether you're related by blood, joined at the hip as best friends, or work closely as business partners, dealing with other humans, even ones you love with every fiber of your being, can be challenging at best. This week, we have two amazing stories of interpersonal relationships that are in dire need of a fine-tuning and a general re-opening of lines of communication. Also, Ashley takes it upon herself to record the theme song for Taryne It Up segments and it's absolutely amazing.

Monsters & Broken Hearts
Cruelty and pain can wear many masks, folks. In today's episode, we have two amazing stories: one maddening and one absolutely heart-breaking. In each, the end-result is unfortunately anguish and pain. That's sadly a part of life. But living isn't about simply accepting pain and hurt, but rather about dealing with it directly, addressing the source of that pain, and figuring out how to move forward.

Always Falling for the Wrong Ones
Life is full of ruts, and we've all been in one at some point in our lives. It can be a relationship rut, a friendship rut, or even a happiness rut. While the way to get out of a rut is not an exact science, there are clear ways to minimize the low points and eventually find a way back to normalcy. Trust us on this one. We've been there.
