Today's guest is Luke Miller, a Coach and someone who is passionate about bettering the bodybuilding industry, truly leading from the front. Today we discussed step by step how to progress your training to start seeing real changes in your physique. We also dove into the current state of the industry and how good coaches are working (without an off switch) to improve their athletes’ physiques, performance and health.
Luke Miller has his Masters in Exercise Science and a Bachelors in Engineering, and combines his comprehensive understanding of human physiology alongside the inner workings of biomechanics to make sure that his clients are getting the most out of their training, nutrition, and supplementation. His mission is to leave a lasting impact in the fitness and bodybuilding industry, and he truly walks the walk when it comes to bettering our field.
