In today's episode Anya and I break down what causes amenorrhea, getting proper lab work done and how to go back regaining your cycle, including lifestyle interventions. We also touch on our own struggles and journeys with birth control, periods of disordered eating and what we've been doing to support our bodies in regaining a cycle.
Anya Rosen is a is a dietetic intern and soon to be registered dietitian. She is earning her Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics with a Concentration in Clinical Nutrition and takes a integrative and functional approach to helping people remedy their health issues by getting to the root cause.
