"I think we all need to get into the regular habit of going on a content diet. When I say content, it's anything that we consume. Television. Movies. Audiobooks. Kindle books. Paperback books. Podcasts. Blogs. Magazines. News. Music. YouTube. Instagram. Twitter. Facebook. LinkedIn. Not everything is good for us all of the time. It's like gorging at a buffet and trying to eat it all just because it's there. I like missing something. I like giving myself a new appreciation of something every now and again. I didn't realize how desperately I was in need of a content diet until I got into my car the other day and realized that I forgot my phone."

- Go on a content diet! Choose only two kinds of content to consume for the next three days.
- When you feel the urge for something else, ask: Why am I reaching for this? What benefit am I seeking? Can I get it in another way?
