This week Crystal is touching on a bit of everything. She is talking about the Summer Solstice and her favorite scent that aids in the transition of this time of year. If that wasn't enough she talks about her homemade Oat milk, ticks in her underwear and Candle Magic. Sometimes an episode needs to be a Buddha Bowl.

Oat milk Ingredients:

1 cup organic rolled oats
6 cups of cold water
cinnamon to taste
3 dates
2 tsp of vanilla extract

Add all your ingredients in to a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds and not a second more. Strain multiple times ending using a cheese cloth or nut bag if you have it. Store and enjoy. This can last 3-4 days in the fridge.
