Hello there Twisted Listeners! We're back with another Halloween themed list, and now that it's officially October, we're getting into the heavier stuff! This week we're looking at murderers who used costumes to disguise their devilish deeds (though none actually dressed up as devils, ironically). We have a killer clown potentially still on the loose (or at least not in prison for this murder), a family annihilator who added insult to injury, a would be serial killer stopped by his own parole officer, and a case involving way too many cops to not be solved (it is).
