Truth & Transformation

Send me a text. Ask a question 😁

Hey lovely, in this episode I'm talking self-love and you feeling good enough and emotional empowerment. I talk about self-validation and a little on codependency. I basically talk about how self-love is the relationship to yourself. I go into emotional intelligence briefly and mindset. Chatting how we were taught from society about social-emotional etiquette so we started giving our emotions an expiration date and how that can lead to us feeling a burden. Emotions like anger, sadness, frustration and feeling hurt all wanna feel seen and validated. When we push those things down they start roaring to be heard. This is how we end up repeating the same 'negative' cycles in life. This is how cycles of shame repeat.
We find evidence for what we believe in - even if it's disempowering. That's what our brain/mind or the ego we can call it does (inner critic, bully within - whatever term resonates for you). We burn out in those cycles and become people-pleasers, always feeling we have to save the day and we become perfectionists. We feel shame for not being over things so we start to feel the fear of not being enough. We put our worth outside of us so our self-esteem and self-worth of course plummet.
When we break these cycles, when we truly start loving ourselves we start to feel good about ourselves and life and we start experiencing more joy.
Our life changes and transforms when the relationship with ourself does ♄

An unpolished raw podcast about unearthing the crap that holds us back. Aimed at women who want it all and wanna feel damn good about themselves. We will talk openly about struggles, the highs and lows of life, sex, family, relationships, emotions, healing, mindset, dreams, spirituality, bisexuality, vulnerability, authenticity, money and so much more – in fact, nothing is really off the table. If it’s holding you back from the life you want we will talk about it.

If you wanna feel damn good we need to talk about the real stuff so that’s what we are doing here.

I believe when we love ourselves our life really transforms in the most beautiful ways and when we don’t love ourselves we don’t feel enough or fulfilled. This is a podcast to bridge the gap.

It’s a podcast about feeling good about you, living life in your truth, on your terms.

LOVE, BISEXUALITY & SOUL NOURISHING RELATIONSHIPS

Send me a text. Ask a question 😁

In this episode, I'm joined with my husband Tony Pony. We talk love, me coming out as a bisexual woman and being married to a man whilst having a phenomenal marriage/long term relationship. We talk about having relationships that nourish your soul and where it's safe to be in your truth. We share the things that have helped us imperfectly have a strong, healthy and happy relationship. We also talk about bisexual erasure and stereotypes of being a bisexual woman married to a man. We also talk about telling our children about coming out as bisexual.
We briefly talk about human design and a 2.4 profile as well as loneliness and mental health.
Mainly though we talk about love and navigating and having strong, healthy and happy relationships. As well as you loving yourself.

NO ONE IS SELF-MADE. RECEIVING.

Send me a text. Ask a question 😁

Hey lovely, in this episode I'm talking about how no one is self-made and how doing it all on our own is deeply damaging. Allowing yourself to receive, to take care of you is abundance. It's one of the most loving things we can do. Learning to have boundaries, to say no, serves us as well as others. We can be a total powerhouse, feel empowered and liberated and receive abundantly so. We can have self-agency, validate ourselves and we can take responsibility for our future and allow ourselves to be fully supported. To have relationships where we feel supported and nourished.
We don't have to do it all. We never did. That's the lie. Trying to do it all leads to burn out and resentment.
Be good to you.
