Karla and Byanka met through CrossFit. Their friendship developed a bit more when Byanka started on her coaching career path and became more open to seeing things from a positivity standpoint. They would jam on all things woo woo whenever they would see each other at the gym. So when she suggested she come and record an episode, we knew it was a no-brainer.
