Hi all and welcome back to True Consequences. Season 5 is all about the Dylan Redwine case. The story begins in the middle of a custody battle in the Fall of 2012. Mark and Elaine Redwine were in court to discuss Elaine moving to Monument Colorado. Mark was contesting this and fighting for primary custody.

Dylan Redwine arrived at Durango on 11/18/12 and was not happy to be there. He immediately tried to get his friends to hang out with him. He seemed desperate to get away from Mark.
