Oz has over 2 decades of experience working in major case investigations in the following fields: Homicide, Robberies, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Sex Crimes and Elder Abuse.
On June 19th 1991, 9-year-old Laura Arroyo disappeared after answering a knock at the front door of her family's home. She was found murdered the following day. The case went cold for 12 years until the cold case squad reopened the case, and thanks to DNA advancements their suspect was caught.

Vegas began stalking and harassing Victor until she shot Victor in his Imperial Beach apartment.
