Part I, Episode 6 includes what narcissistic abuse is, why it happens, and warning signs of narcissistic abuse. This episode further breaks down what makes a narcissist, the difference between Narcissistic Personality Disorder and high narcissistic traits, and why narcissists generally don't have any interest in healing. Episode 7, Part II continues from Episode 6, Part I discussing the impacts of this abuse and ways to recover from narcissistic abuse.

This episode covers specific exercises and mindsets you can use to practice mindfulness, and how you can practice Christian mindfulness with the presence of God to help you come back to the present moment, since trauma can so often take us away from it. The episode shows the science behind how mindfulness can help you heal trauma, gives you ways you can practice mindfulness in your daily life, and clarifies how to slowly add this practice to your life to safely use it as a method for healing trauma, abuse, and difficult emotions.

Episode 6, Part I, which precedes this episode explains the nature of narcissists and narcissistic abuse and warning signs of narcissistic abuse.
