This episode features our guest, Jill Miller - a pioneer in forging links between fitness, yoga, athletics, massage, and pain management for over 30 years.

- Her journey - moving into body as a regulation tool as an overweight child, exercising with her mom and becoming addicted, using movement to control her body and shape, developing eating disorders, and finally admitting her somatic disconnection to a yoga teacher is when everything shifted
