In next week's episode, I talk with Lydia Lincklen, a Certified Life and Flow Code Coach. She experienced and overcame burnout personally, and she helps women and men manage their stress and overcome burnout to allow them to find their true authentic selves. From stress to serenity!

She's made it her mission to help other people find happiness, become their authentic self, let them enjoy life, and build resilience to stress. When she helps coach one person, she sees how it indirectly helps even more people around them. She believes in practicing what she preaches and loves seeing her clients go from burnout, stressed, and being overwhelmed to flourishing, which lights her up and gives her energy!

Lydia is from the Netherlands and lives with her husband and 5-year-old daughter in Switzerland.
