Tom Meets Interesting People

Kris Bell is that guy who ignores the signs with the creepy warnings and carries on past only to meet a gruesome end and be the first in the horror movie to die.

In this episode we talk about how to film a movie in a cave, the trust that you must have in your crew and paying fair wages for your actors. Obviously the SAG/WGA strikes are a big topic right now and I'm glad to able to give my support in all of this.

I've brought Matt Bliss on board to help me edit this and some of my upcoming episode. He's fecking epic. If you're interested in a professional Podcast Engineer for your audio or video podcast, get in touch with him at https://www.matthewbliss.net or directly by email at [email protected]."

Synopsis: In the dark underbelly of a seemingly peaceful mountainous landscape lies an abandoned cave, whispered about in hushed tones among the most adventurous thrill-seekers. What once was a refuge for ancient ritualists, opened to the public as a tourist destination in 1912 before quickly being shut down after a series of accidents, it now stands as a forgotten relic of the past, saturated with untold secrets and unspeakable horrors.

Led by the intrepid and enigmatic explorers, Jordan, Beau, and Gray, our team of urban adventurers sets out to unravel the mysteries lurking within the shadows. As they delve deeper into the eerie caverns, they unwittingly awaken an ancient malevolence, a primordial force that thrives on fear and chaos.

Now, with their lives hanging by a thread, the team must confront their darkest fears and confront the unfathomable terror that threatens not only their existence but the very fabric of reality itself. Armed with only their wits, resilience, and the bond forged in the face of unimaginable terror, they must find a way to survive What Dwells Beneath

When I reveal who this next guest is and what he is currently doing, I know many of you might find it uninteresting and consider switching to another episode. However, I urge you to stay, at least for this one. Regardless of your position in society or your location in the world, politics plays a significant role in our lives. Every policy made has some effect, whether it's on tax, education, health, transport, or any other sector you can imagine.

My guest today is Erik Johnson. He's currently running for city council in St. Albans, Vermont, but he's also a web designer, a photographer, and a drone pilot. Before that, he was an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

Note from Tom: Slight slip up on my part, I assumed EMT and Paramedic were interchangeable. Fixed thumbnail & title to fully represent.
