Coming out of a pandemic, and what many of us have been overwhelmed with for the past two years, means we need to learn how to prioritize ourselves more often or else we will be no help to any one.

How do we recognize the failings in our lives, how do we bounce back from the people and relationships who have hurt us, how do we move forward to be the best version of ourselves and learn from the past?

The ladies look at all of these questions and work to answer them, with the understanding that every aspect of our life is a relationship, and one that we need to nurture to make grow, and to walk away from if it isn’t what is meant for us.
