BREAKING TOXIC GENERATIONAL CYCLES IN THE LATINO COMMUNITY
For this weeks episode we discuss breaking toxic generational cycles by setting boundaries and putting a stop to childhood trauma. In the latino community we shouldn't have to tolerate abusive behaviors or toxicity from our parents. We also discuss our own experiences and how we dealt or still dealing with our childhood trauma.
