In part 1 of 2, I will be discussing censorship and its problems, Section 230 and its powers, as well as the challenges of freedom of speech. We are in a very unique time in which the decisions we make not only as a society but as individuals will affect the future communications and beliefs of our children.

  • Breaking down freedom of speech does not protect ALL speech
  • Section 230 that protects big tech was created back in the 90s BEFORE major social media outlets
  • Censorship based on political beliefs in the name of "hate speech"

In part 2 of 2, I will be discussing how regulation of speech and economics take affect. The focus on part 2 of 2 will be on controversy of "WallStreetBets", Gamestop, Hedgefunds, and the impact they have in the WORLD!

History in the making: First U.S. President to be impeached twice, problems with policing within the Capital Hill Police Department, and tech companies declaring who and who should not be on their platforms based on political beliefs.
We analyze all of these using our critical thinking lens and determine conclusions based on the facts we have at the moment.

On January 6, 2021, rioters went to Capital Hill and caused an uproar in the nation. Many politicians called for arrests, impeachments, and censorship. But what will this lead? What historical relevance can we look at that we can compare and contrast with?
In this episode I discuss the situation and analyze it through a critical thinker's lens (non-partisan) and try to understand what happened, why it happened, and what outcomes can come of this.

For most of 2020, I have deeply thought about the following questions: What does it mean to be privileged? What does racism mean today? What is Systemic Racism? How are they all connected? Some may think of the simple answers that you see in the media but I dive much deeper into these questions and not only answer them but give detailed explanation on how they are connected.
This New Year should be the year we learn to stand up instead of shut up! Hear my personal story of racism and how I dealt with it, how I SHOULD have dealt with it, and how you can learn from my personal mistakes.

With a famous celebrity getting removed from a film franchise, the 2020 elections, voters who supported an opposing political party getting "listed", and the conversation of what is hate speech, I decided to do an episode straight from the book I am currently working on and give you a non-partisan, critical thinker's view on these situations to help give you some perspective.

Thinking 2 Think - Who is to benefit? The question everyone should ask!

When you are observing the news or a social media post, when someone is trying to convey a message, ask yourself who is to benefit? This is a term called "Cui Bono"
With cui bono, you can find facts or sources of an individuals true intentions. It is also another way to determine your own biases without realizing it because if the information you absorb gives you satisfaction without seeking sources or facts, you have a bias for/against that information.
This episode is short but straight to the point! Dedicated to all lovers of Truth!
