Things I Wish I Had Known

Kim Palmer is the Founder and CEO of a women's wellness community. Kim developed a hypnotherapy app for women who may be struggling with anxiety, sleep and body confidence.

Kim built her community off the back of her own personal experience with anxiety and working in the corporate world. She shares very honestly with us how her own struggles have shaped what she now provides for other women through her app, all whilst working a full time job and being a Mum to two young children.
