Building a successful yoga business requires more than knowledge of yoga practices. You also need business skills and a growth mindset. In this episode of The Yoga Pro Podcast, Amy Wheeler joins us to share wisdom from her journey as a yoga entrepreneur.

Amy is the founder and director of Optimal State Programs and is a professor of Kinesiology at California State University, San Bernardino. She is a C-IAYT and has a BA and MA in Health promotion and a Phd in education and psychology. She is a past president of IAYT and has helped the National Ayurvedic Medical Association set standards for Ayurvedic yoga therapy.
