The WonderMum Podcast

In this episode Ali & I sit down for morning tea and a giggle with our dear friend Edwina Kable in Tasmania.
An artist, a gorgeous funny woman and mother to 4 beautiful humans, 3 boys & a girl.
I first met Weeni when I taught a Pilates class for Ali at her studio in Devonport during one of my trips, many years ago now. Her magnificent Aura drew me in & being a fellow mother of 4 kids, we hit it off immediately and have since stayed in touch.
She's bloody hilarious and we both love her!
This morning tea adventure starts and ends with Penis discussions and that's probably all I need to say. The way it all ends is probably one of the funniest parts!
Our discussion winds it's way around a variety of topics including motherhood through teenage & pre-teen years, in particular talking about handling life when your sons have girlfriends.
It's typical of our conversations and Weenie doesn't hold back in speaking her mind - it's part of what we love about her.
We hope you enjoy this episode!
Please screenshot the episode & share it in your stories. Tag us with your favourite giggle moment!
PS Weeni creates the most gorgeous Lavender Pillows, hand made in Tasmania Australia. Give her a follow on the gram & check out her work. They're simply delightful! @by.weenik

Ok now to today's episode and it's all about HOMEOPATHY!

In today's episode, my sister Ali is back and we chat all things homeopathy with my dear colleague and mentor Keith Avedissian.
I share how & why I fell in love with homeopathy and ask Keith the same question.
Ali and I share some of our powerful healing experiences, where homeopathy has helped us & our kids and how we use our kits to self-prescribe at home!!
Keith also shares some pretty powerful case studies where working classically with him has helped mothers & babies! He's a valuable part of our WonderMum PitCrew and we're delighted to have him on todays episode.
Keith practices classical homeopathy privately in Sydney Australia (& can see clients via zoom and then ship the remedy!)
You'll find him here:

Ep:7 Spiritual Leapfrog, we need the friction to grow - thoughts on healing small traumas - solo episode

In this quick episode I share some thoughts on trauma and healing wounds without blaming our parents.
Even with loving parents & grandparents, we can still have small trauma in our life that can unconsciously hold us back.
Some encounter big trauma & some small trauma.
What does it all mean and how can we start looking at things differently so that we can move forward and heal the wounds?
We're all on a soul journey and I believe the friction we encounter is often necessary for us to grow. It's pain that gets our attention and it seems that not every generation is designed to (or prepared) to do the healing.
Is it just one big game of spiritual leap frog?
It's just a quick thought process, recorded while my husband was running around the Bunnings store! (Listen for the boot chime when he's back and inadvertently interrupting my train of thought)
Let me know what you think!
