In today's episode I speak with poet and host of the Words of Heart podcast, Dionne Sanchez.
Dionne tells her truth about what it was like being bullied as a child and young teen and how her peers constantly left her out and reminded her that she was "different", ultimately leading Dionne to battle severe mental health issues that almost cost her, her life.
During this conversation, Dionne shares with us some coping tools that helped her overcome her traumas, and she also shares what it took in order for her to finally find her tribe.

Creating The Wondering Mind- a mental health podcast and The Wondering Mind Co. a mental health merchandising brand, is a lot of work. It takes a lot of time, money & energy. My main goal is to continue to help YOU, as well as evolve, grow and improve each piece of content, in hopes to break mental health stigmas & normalize having candid conversations about our mental health. Any little bit of support can go a long way over here. Thank you as always 💚
