Jecorey opens up about his mental health journey, how being a musician provided him a safe, creative space that initially saved him from living a life that he did not want to lead and set him on the path to live a life of purpose.

Jecorey also shares with us how becoming a councilman has impacted his mental health and his life.

He also provides some simple and very useful tips that he utilizes throughout his daily life to help him stay on top of things and to avoid burn out.
