Aphrodite
02/04/21 • 42 min
Talking all about Aphrodite and how you can work and honour her, how to know if a deity is trying to get your attention and some self care that you may want to add to your life. I might have referenced a decadent bath ritual in this episode which you would of course have come to expect with talk around this goddess however you will also find a ton of scientific facts to back up why you should be sleeping nakey nakey naked amongst other more practical self care tips. Also how you can make your own oil to invoke Aphrodites powers and an initiation to introduce yourself to the goddess.
In keeping with our goddess we have our book review recommending a book all about honouring your senses called Romancing the Ordinary - A Year of Everyday Indulgences written by Sarah Ban Breathnach. An oldie but a goody.

Intentions
As part of the daily rituals we delve into the tarot - on the episode today I talk about my tarot reader Erin from Arcana Crafts Co - she is a wonderful Tarot reader and I cannot recommend her more highly - check out her socials and book in for your reading for 2021 -

Happy New Year Witches - New Year New Witch lol....... I never need an excuse for reflection on my craft, as witches every moon phase and sabbath allows us this time so why not the new year!
Looking at our intentions but also how daily rituals can lead us to discover what intentions we might want to set - so if you are in a rut or not sure which way you want to be going the magick can be in our daily rituals that can lead us to the path we want to take. Daily rituals in themselves can be a form of spiritual medicine.
Our book review for todays episode is Intuitive Witchcraft by Astrea Taylor.
