His experience includes rehab, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist for Professional Rugby Team Auckland Blues and Individual All Blacks, Corrective Exercise Specialist (pre and post exercise programming for lumbar spine surgeries) and was a Personal Trainer at Melbourne's Premium Fitness Club Training World Class Personal Trainers for 11 years.
We hear about Brendon's own journey, and get into some deep and mind blowing stuff around holistic health. It was so good we couldn't stop, so we had to break it down into 2 parts.
