Ep #12 Breaking out of your cage with Nic Stewart (Part 2)
The Wellness Wallop Podcast
04/16/20 • 36 min
This is part 2 of our interview (see Ep #11 for Part 1 if you missed it) with high performance coach and "wild permission" expert Nic Stewart, who takes us through how to break out of our self-created cages, escape anxiety and create a happy life.
- Emotions are not inherently ‘good’ or ‘bad’, we have just learned to relate to them that way.
- A build up of these negative emotions over a lifetime that we’ve resisted and held onto become NUMBNESS in our bodies, and what we can do to feel again.
- So many of us carry around shame, the lowest emotion.
- Have a cry!
You can find Nic on her Facebook page at facebook.com/nicolestewartcoaching or her website nicolestewart.coach.

S3 Ep #2 - All Things Sexy with Daniela Garcia
The Wellness Wallop Podcast
02/15/21 • 82 min
Welcome back Wellness Wallop team! It’s episode 2, season 3 and today's special guest is the beautiful Daniela Garcia aka The Joy Alchemist
She is a fellow Seven Body Basics Action Coach, so we have had the absolute blessing to connect with her through our mutual mentor and friend Ximy Gonazales.
Dani is a life coach and wellness curator, and as her business name would suggest, she is here to help men and women transform their lives through the process of alchemy, accessing the ability to create joy within and all around themselves.
We got into a phenomenal chat today with Dani all about women and their sexuality, and as Nikki would call it "talking about all the 'pink bits'", and how that really shapes a woman’s experience of whole health regarding the relationship she has to her own body.
We spoke about the use of yoni wands, the magic of self pleasure and how women AND men can utilise these tools to connect back to the wonders of their own bodies and become empowered in their own sexual energies.
This one is juicy AF.
Enjoy the chat humans.
You can find Daniela on Instagram @thejoyalchemist and on Facebook (The Joy Alchmist).

S3 Ep #3 - Disordered Eating with Gemma Henly
The Wellness Wallop Podcast
02/22/21 • 81 min
Hey legends! We are back for Episode 3 of Season 3 of the Wellness Wallop podcast, and today's guest is our gorgeous friend and fellow FMA alumni Gemma Henly of 'Elevate with Gem'.
We brought Gem on today to have a really candid chat with us about her experience of dealing with and overcoming an eating disorder.
Painful relationships with food is probably one of the most common issues we see as coaches and it’s a topic of conversation that comes up for almost everybody we each see individually in our respective practices & businesses.
Gemma is also an amazing coach, so we really wanted to share with you her personal perspective of dealing with an eating disorder, but also for her to be able to share her wisdom from what she has learnt from her coaching journey and how she’s been able to use those tools to continue to help her heal from her past relationships with food.
Now it’s probably important to note here that none of us are psychologists so we don’t professionally work in the realm of eating disorders, so please, if you listen to this podcast and it resonates with you, or perhaps concerns you with respect to someone you love, make sure you reach out and get the appropriate help.
