You can study for years... You can know your stuff inside-and-out...
But if you sit down and immediately begin to panic, you simply can't tackle your exam with a clear and focused head.
Luckily... This time I actually can say that I have a magic 'secret' to squash test-taking anxiety that can help you take control of your emotions when you sit down to write a test so that you can let your full potential shine through in the form of a great score.
Now... don't forget.... This is a strategy for alleviating test-taking anxiety, it's not a strategy to do well if you haven't put in the work (just had to point that out!)
