It was really interesting to chat to Sophie about the growth of her AMAZING blog, which identifies all of the best independent food and drink (and others!) in and around the Milton Keynes region, alongside her history of panic attacks, anxiety, and the ethos of working towards something that is within your control and that you can achieve.
She also gave me some pretty helpful tips of that transition period (if you're working from home) between work and evening.
