After a study done at Cornell University, researchers found that people who enter their homes through an entry way that is close to the kitchen tend to eat 15% more than those who enter farther away from the kitchen. That’s a huge number, especially for the large number of Americans who are overweight. Nutritionist suggest that you set out enticing bowls of healthy snacks and nutritional “stuff” in plain sight so it’s the first thing you are tempted to grab. Choose bright apples in your holiday displays and nuts in a bowl on the counter instead of chips.
