Mike is known for his writing on the HBO hit series “Insecure,” along with the Netflix series “Ginny and Georgia.” Mike shares how he’s grown into his most authentic self and found peace with all facets of his identity. He talks about his production company and mentorship program, and his passion for creating access for young black writers. To wrap up this rich conversation, Mike and Bryan discuss blazing trails of their own so others won’t have to struggle in the same way.
