With so much noise, finding peace and time to reflect is more essential than ever before. Through inspirational conversations with key individuals, The Social Sanctuary takes a closer look at important topics across the digital space, covering everything from cyberbullying to online influencers, how to get young people into work and the importance of mental health. The Social Sanctuary - A Festive Look Back - Series 1 Highlights
play

12/11/20 • 33 min

On series one, I interviewed seven fantastic guests, and we totally sleighed it! The support on series one of The Social Sanctuary has been phenomenal, so I wanted to take a festive look back at highlights from each episode (with added jingle bells, of course!) Once again, a huge thank you to all of my series one guests and to my lovely listeners for all of your positive feedback. I can't wait to return with series two in February 2021!

This episode is a whistle-stop tour of series one, exploring issues from diet shaming on social media, body positivity, saving our cinemas and accepting your sexuality to mental health, supporting young people into employment and starting a business.

I hope that you enjoy these festive highlights. Have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!
