Welcome in Slumpbusters! On this episode the Slumpbuster podcast, Ju-Ju & Kyle give you the latest sporting headlines in the world of Major League Baseball and the National Football League.

Major League Baseball has released the names of individuals debuting for the first time on the Hall of Fame ballot. Some notable first time names include Tim Lincecum, Ryan Howard, Prince Fielder and Jimmy Rollins. While those players are eligible for the first time there are gigantic names eligible for the last time. Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens and Curt Schilling will be on the ballot once more and then no longer. Bonds and Clemens have been withheld from the hall due to their involvement in baseballs fabled Steroid Era. Schilling, a multiple time World Series Champion, has been under fire for his political beliefs. Will this be the year Bonds, Clemens and Shilling finally get inducted into immortality? Kyle & Ju-Ju give their 10 names they would give votes toward.

Our next segment we preview NFL Week 12 and give our predictions for the following games:

Minnesota Vikings (+3) @ San Francisco 49ers

Cleveland Browns (+3.5) @ Baltimore Ravens

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-3) @ Indianapolis Colts

Tennessee Titans (+7) @ New England Patriots

Los Angeles Rams (-1) @ Green Bay Packers

We close out the show by speculating on the offseason quarterback market. Will Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson, Derek Carr and others find new homes in 2022? Who are some teams that should be in the hunt? Can the New York Giants figure things out and should they clear house of Joe Judge and David Gettleman?

Enjoy!

Running Backs: James Robinson has experienced a rift in recent weeks with Jacksonville coaches. Can Robinson return to a RB1 or is he best on your bench for the foreseeable future? Austin Ekeler also suffered an ankle injury this past Sunday. Is Justin Jackson or Joshua Kelley the correct Chargers back to start?

Welcome in Slumpbusters to another episode of the Slumpbuster Fantasy Football Podcast. Ju-Ju & Drew review NFL Week 11 and help identify trends to help you win your league. Got a line-up question? Drop it below in the our YouTube comments and we will be more than happy to assist or follow us @slumpbusterpodcast on Instagram for updated rankings weekly.

Intro: Baker Mayfield struggled in his most recent outing against the Detroit Lions. Browns fans in attendance made sure the fourth year starter was aware of their displeasure as the boo birds rained down from the rafters. Browns' fan Drew Hagenbaugh was in attendance Sunday. Drew gives his perception of the boos and quarterback future in Cleveland.

Quarterbacks: Cam Newton returned to Carolina and shined in his first game back. Will Newton continue his success when the Panthers travel down to Miami? Is Joe Flacco elite? Should fantasy owners be legitimately worried about Patrick Mahomes as he goes into his bye week? Will Russell Wilson bust his slump and deliver on Monday Night Football traveling to the nation's capital?

Running Backs: Jonathan Taylor has a sensational game against the Buffalo Bills in week 11. Taylor scored a total of five touchdowns in the Colts victory. Rest of season will Christian McCaffrey or Taylor score more fantasy points? Does the return of Kareem Hunt negatively impact Nick Chubb? Is Devonte Freeman the RB1 in Baltimore the remainder of the season? Rhamondre Stevenson or Damien Harris?

Wide Receiver: Elijah Moore has been setting the fantasy world on fire the last stretch of weeks for the Jets. Can Moore continue his recent run of success when Zach Wilson is reinserted back in the Jets lineup? How does Moore compare to fellow rookies Ja'Marr Chase, Devonta Smith and Jaylen Waddle?

Conclusion: We discuss TE's, DST and Streamers!

Enjoy!

Welcome in Slumpbusters! On this episode the Slumpbuster podcast, Ju-Ju & Kyle give you the latest sporting headlines in the world of the NBA, College Football and the NFL.

The first year of the Steve Sarkisian era in Austin got off to a rocky start but things are looking up. One of the biggest moves in the transfer portal to this point is former top prospect Quinn Ewers leaving Ohio State to return home. Ewers looks to compete with Hudson Card for the Longhorns starting quarterback position. Ju-Ju gives his thoughts on the new Texas quarterback.

Urban Meyers time in Jacksonville was short lived and marred by distractions. The Jaguars decided they could no longer stand by Meyer after former Jags kicker Josh Lambo accused Meyer of kicking him during a pre-season practice. Meyer will leave Jacksonville and presumably the NFL with a 2-11 lifetime coaching record. Jacksonville offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell will take over interim coaching duties to conclude the season.

Kyrie Irving has not stepped on a basketball court the entirety of the 2021-2022 NBA season. This was due to a public health law from the State of New York that would prevent the unvaccinated Irving from playing home games for the Brooklyn Nets. Initially the Nets took the stance that Irving would either be a full-time player or would not play for the Nets this season. After deliberation it would appear Brooklyn has caved and Irving will make his season debut as soon as next week. What does this say about Irving, the Nets and the title possibilities of several teams looking ahead?

We conclude giving our week 15 NFL Predictions and Previews for the following games:

New York Jets +9.5 @ Miami Dolphins

Washington Football Team +6.0 @ Philadelphia Eagles

New England Patriots +2.5 @ Indianapolis Colts

Tennessee Titans +1.5 @ Pittsburgh Steelers

Green Bay Packers -7.0 @ Baltimore Ravens

Welcome in Slumpbusters! On this episode the Slumpbuster podcast, Ju-Ju & Kyle give you the latest sporting headlines in the world of the NBA, College Football and the NFL.

We kick off the pod by diving into Kyle's most recent NBA Power Rankings. Currently the Washington Wizards sit as the third seed in the Eastern Conference but 12th in our rankings. Are the Wizards underrated and why the exclusion from the Top-10? #Wizards

Speaking of rankings, the latest College Football Playoff rankings were released as such 1. George, 2. Michigan, 3. Alabama and 4. Cincinnati. The possibility of Cincinnati getting bumped for a potential Big-12 Champion Oklahoma State Cowboys looms as does Alabama making it with two losses. Michigan got the big victory against a rival but are they bound for an upset against Iowa? What will the final CFP poll look like on Bowl Selection Sunday?

Aside from the rankings, college football had massive change at the head coaching position for two institutional powers. Lincoln Riley shocked the world Sunday when he announced he would be leaving to Southern California. Riley will get a decade long deal to be the coach at USC and looks to bring the program back to national relevance again for the first time since Pete Carroll left. Brian Kelly made a splash as well leaving the Fighting Irish and heading to LSU. LSU is merely two years removed from a national championship but experienced a falling out with Ed Ogeron. Can Kelly excel in the South Eastern Conference? #CollegeFootball

Following our discussion on college football we give our NFL Week 13 preview for the below games:

Los Angeles Chargers (+3.0) @ Cincinnati Bengals

New York Giants (+4.0) @ Miami Dolphins

Baltimore Ravens (-4.5) @ Pittsburgh Steelers

Denver Broncos (+9.5) @ Kansas City Chiefs

New England Patriots (+2.5) @ Buffalo Bills

The NBA 2021-2022 season has officially passed the Christmas Day mile marker. We take a second to look at Kyle's ranking update posted this past Sunday. The Los Angeles Lakers remain a Top-10 team according to Kyle. Why are they ranked higher than the Nuggets, Grizzlies and Cavaliers? How will Lane Kiffin's Rebels do against the Baylor Bears in the Sugar Bowl? Will Kyle Whittingham coach his last game with Utah as the Utes take-on Ohio State in the Rose Bowl? We give all our predictions here! (43:00)

Welcome in Slumpbusters! On this episode of the Slumpbuster Podcast, Ju-Ju & Kyle give you the latest up to date information in the world of the NFL & NBA.

We begin today's podcast with the latest Tom Brady rumors. A prominent Boston radio personality following Brady's retirment on instagram suggested the all-time great may not be done. Many have connected Brady with his childhood team, the San Francisco 49ers. Is is possible we say TB12 wearing red and gold this coming football season? (2:10) #TomBrady #49ers

The NBA trade deadline was very active and provided resolutions in two of the leagues most captivating stories. Ben Simmons & James Harden traded home teams when the Nets & 76ers made a deal. Simmons has not played since the Philadelphia 76ers lost in the 2021 NBA playoffs to the Atlanta Hawks. Harden will now be on his third team in two season. Who won this deal of Eastern Conference powers? (16:59) #JamesHarden #BenSimmons

We also talk the other NBA trades involving the Washington Wizards, Boston Celtics and Sacramento Kings. (29:09) #NBA

We close with our first major baseball headline in months. Trevor Bauer has been exhonerated of criminal misconduct in his current legal battles. The former Cy Young winner has not played baseball since July while attempting to clear his name of a sexual misconduct allegation. Bauer may cleared one hurdle but still has many to go. We give the latest. (44:45) #TrevorBauer #Dodgers

It's once again time to Bust the Slump and enjoy another episode of the Slumpbuster podcast! Joining us this week is hip hop recording artist Anthony Jaramillo aka Bigger Than Goliath. Anthony & Ju-Ju talk some of the biggest stories in rap, the NBA and the NFL. #DennisSchroder

When Dennis Schroder entered NBA Free Agency, he had envisioned a different outcome. Schroder signed a one-year $5.9M contract to play with the Boston Celtics in the 2021-2022 NBA season. This follows turning down a reported $84M contract to stay in Los Angeles and play with the Lakers. Schroder finished second in 6th man of the year voting back in 2019 with Oklahoma City. Can he provide that same spark to a Celtics lineup that was eliminated in the first round this past season? #BostonCeltics

We continue our NFL division breakdown series with the AFC South in this episode. The Jacksonville Jaguars made some big splash additions with Urban Meyer and Trevor Lawrence but what will their final record be come seasons end? The Houston Texans are still dealing with the Deshaun Watson situation, can they overcome the adversity in the locker room to surprise NFL fans? Indianapolis will start the year without their starting quarterback Carson Wentz, can the Colts deep roster sustain them in Wentz absence? The Titans won the division last year but didn't settle, picking up future hall of fame wide receiver Julio Jones. Can the Titans repeat as champions behind their potent offense? #NFL

Welcome in Slumpbusters! On this episode the Slumpbuster podcast, Ju-Ju & Kyle give you the latest sporting headlines in the world of the NBA, College Football and the NFL.

With a wealth of head coaching vacancies in the NFL, the rumor mill is starting to churn. Jim Harbaugh just came off his most successful season with Michigan. Harbaugh's Wolverines finished only lost two games in 2021 and made their first ever college football playoff. While Harbaugh has cemented his name in the head coaching spot in Ann Arbor for years to come, could a deep pocketed NFL team lure him back to the pros? Las Vegas has put their name out there as a potential landing spot but would this make sense for the Raiders and Harbaugh? #Raiders (2:00)

Antonio Brown has proven to be his own worst enemy since the end of the 2018 regular season. Brown since leaving the Steelers has had cups of coffee with the Patriots, Raiders and finally seemed to find a home in Tampa. Unfortunately, following a recent suspension things blew up for Brown and the Buccaneers. While trailing, Brown disrobed and stormed off the field. The fallout of this recent drama places Brown's career in jeopardy moving forward as he burns another bridge. #AntonioBrown (20:00)

Ju-Ju dropped his most recent power rankings on the Slumpbuster instagram account but Kyle is not convinced of the Titans ranking. Are the Titans overrated or underrated as we enter the NFL's final week? (52:00)

Before we close, the guys give their preview and predictions for the following five NFL games:

New Orleans Saints -4.5 @ Atlanta Falcons (52:00)

San Francisco 49ers +4.5 @ Los Angeles Rams (1:16:00)

Dallas Cowboys -5.0 @ Philadelphia Eagles (1:32:00)

Seattle Seahawks +6.5 @ Arizona Cardinals (1:42:00)

Los Angels Chargers -3.0 @ Las Vegas Raiders (1:56:00)
