On this episode of The Sentient Savage Podcast Seth drops in with Family man, Business owner and Breathwork facilitator Dave Groom.

After leaving the stability and comfort of his company job, Dave stepped out to start his own sparky (electrician) business in the middle of the global pandemic. With a family to support Dave took up the tools and let his values lead him through the ups and downs of starting and running a small business.
Then following his curiosity and need for brotherhood, Dave found a local Men's group and began to explore Breathwork as a form of emotional regulation and healing. Having experienced the power and transformation that can come from Breathwork, Dave decided to deepen his understanding and enrolled to become a facilitator himself.

Dave is a man deeply driven by his values in life and shows up with incredible integrity.

This was an honest, open, and no fluff yarn about values, brotherhood, and what it means to be in integrity as a Man, Father and Leader.

She has also recently published a book with co-author Anthony Pappalardo titled 'Skateboarding, Power and Change'.
