Hello friends - It’s been a hot minute but I am back with the next instalment of PREP FILES where I take you with me on my journey to the WBFF stage in October.

It’s been a roller coaster to say the least - a lot of fun highs, but also a few lows (and tears, can’t forget the tears). While it has undoubtedly been a rocky few weeks I am in a really good place right now and pumped to update you on it all!
