#97: My First Real Estate Deal
07/26/21 • 32 min
On this weeks show, I had to go back to the vault and release an episode that I initially scrapped a few months ago. This is the story of how I became a real estate investor and mindset changes I had to adjust to get me there. I wanted to make sure this information was available for my listeners, but more importantly, my KIDS. One day they will be old enough to hear what their Dad went through and my mindset in the very moment that I started to build generational wealth. The goal of this episode is to be transparent and authentic in my approach to this subject. I don't intend to be discouraging or negative. I want to honestly express my experiences thus far. The good, bad, and ugly of my first deal. Stayed tuned for actual numbers and cash flow results in the coming months.
The number one tool I used in the journey to shift my mindset and execute was this book written by one of best friends, check it out:

#96: Can't Stop Won't Stop
On this weeks show we are doing a bit of refection. As we quickly approach our 100th episode I think back to #1 and can't believe we are here. Not that I didn't think we would make it this far, but often when we start something new it's hard for us to see into the future on what it could become. I discuss my real motivation for keeping the show going and why it's important to maintain consistency in process. If you have been rocking with me this long, thanks! I also want to give you an update on what I've been doing this summer and how those things have changed my perspective on my entrepreneurial journey. Hopefully you appreciate me sharing my vision and values. Enjoy!

#98: Complicated Relationship with TIME
On this weeks show, we are dissecting my complicated relationship with TIME. The way I view time is often different than many people. I view time as linear and I don't focus on the past. My energy is centered in the present and the future. Sometimes I can be too intense and this is why time is at the root of most of my moments of "intense fellowship" with my wife! Im working on it though. How do you view time? Do you have Allegro-phobia or Chronophobia? I might... Explore time value with me on this weeks show.
