As I was researching topics for this weeks show, I realized I've never talked much about expectations. Expectations are one of the most important aspects of business and execution that exist. We put expectations on ourselves, with out knowing what that they are based on, and we put expectations on others with them know we have expectations for them! This week, I will discuss the importance of managing expectations in your life and making sure you follow the "The 3 E's of Expectations". Enjoy!
