Big Trouble In Little China movie review from the Salty Nerds have them perplexed at this awesome cult classic movie from John Carpenter and Kurt Russell. Kurt Russell plays the legendary Jack Burton who teams up with Dennis Dun and Victor Wong to fight the cursed Chinese sorcerer David Lo Pan (played by James Hong ) all the while romancing Kim Cattrall and dropping epic one-liners.
Big Trouble In Little China is ahead of its time in many ways, and part of its box office failure was because the studio didn't know how to market such an off-the-wall movie. But John Carpenter has such a subversive take on typical 1908s action movies that this film is quite brilliant once you "get the joke."

Salty Nerd Reviews: SEE - Watch Out For Wolves (S3E2)
The Salty Nerds have a bone to pick with the second episode of season 3 of AppleTV's Jason Momoa series SEE. Actually, several bones as the show slides back into season 1 levels of glorious ridiculousness. Kofun is still being a terrible father, Haniwa is being annoying, Boba Voss smells like poop, Maghra is the worst Queen ever, and Sybeth is back on the loose for no apparent reason. Oh, and the guards in Pensa are the absolute worst.
But you know what? The show is still a ton of fun and the Nerds can't wait to talk about it! What are you thinking of Season 3 of SEE so far? Let us know in our Discord chat - http://www.saltynerddiscord.com

Salty Nerd Reviews: House of the Dragon - King of the Narrow Sea (S1E4)
The Nerds are back to talk about episode 4 of the HBO original series (and Game of Thrones prequel) The House Of The Dragon! In this episode, Daemon returns to King's Landing to make out with his niece, Rhaenyra puts the moves on Ser Criston Cole, Otto Hightower spreads some unseemly rumors, and Viserys has lots more wounds than when we last saw him! Oh, and there are a TON of pornographic tapestries hanging all over the Red Keep.
The show is also taking some departures from the source material, but no one except Jude seems to care all that much. However, MattVader is getting a little tired of the show's slow pace. Will things pick up soon? Who knows! We know nothing.
