From Boston Qualifiers to new runner's, this podcast is meant to inspire and have listeners aspire to reach for their goals, although the path to get there may not be the easiest. The Grind Effect is a lifestyle, a state of mind, and a reminder that anything worth it in life, is a grind; nothing comes easy.
