Happy Monday!
In this week’s episode, you get to hear my sister and me review some of the F.I.R.S.T. Routines she has put into place and then we tweak from there! Her goal for this session was to create a movement routine and hammer out some details to refine her meal planning routine in a way that works for her and her husband. We go through and edit her daily schedule template so she has a starting point that she can use as she plans each week moving forward and then she can just adjust, as needed, as each week changes.
You get to be a fly on the wall for this session and if there are things you resonate with in your own life, you can take some of these tips and put them into practice in your own life! :)
