In this episode, I first take a look at my all time, top 5 horror films. Although it’s supposed to be 5, it’s 4 with a bit of an explanation. There is a bit of controversy that can only be unpacked within the episode. This is followed up by my top 5 scariest Films of all time. For some folk, this might be the same 5...Not I said the cat. These lists are sprinkled with personal tidbits and stories connected to each. This topic leads to a discussion about the internet campaign to cast, African American actress, KeKe Palmer as Rogue, in the upcoming X-Men film from Marvel Studios. In the second half, I dive into the disaster that is, Thor Love and Thunder, also from Marvel studios. This Geek roundup will be the 1st of many. In this second half of our Horror / Halloween podcast, I go into detail regarding my youth and Halloween by discussing, approximately 3 or four personal spooky stories. I also detail what trick or treating was like as a kid in my era. Along with the personal stories, I take a little dive into the MCU/ Marvel/ Disney plus and their horror entry, Werewolf by Night and Moon Knight. I top it all off by discussing Jordan Peele’s, Nope along with a lot of commentary and little tid-bits about various related topics.
