We all have our roles, whether it’s wisdom-sharer, or marcher, or healer. I was waiting for that healer part to be called forward. - Asha Frost
Are you rooted in the path you’re meant to be walking?
This episode features an interview with a very special and powerful guest, Asha Frost, an Ojibwe healer, spiritual mentor, and businesswoman.
A sensitive and empathic child growing up, Asha soon realized that she had the ability to engage in visionary practices, receiving messages from ancestors. “The healer path was printed in my soul,” she says. “But it took me my lifetime to awaken it through experience.”
Asha facilitates powerful healing journeys for her clients, helping them to move through past judgment, trauma, ancestral disconnection, mental disorders, and enables them to discover, explore, and celebrate their true purpose and power.
This is all the more important during our current period of discovery and uprising.
Effective allyship and action requires healing, on multiple levels.
For people with good intentions who aren’t used to activism and uplifting others, it can be a challenge to know how to best support others. “It’s so important to look at all the different ways that you can show up, and honouring those things,” Asha explains. “Because what I find people do is they go into freeze, because they think that they’re not doing enough. Or because if they read that they ‘should be doing it this way,’ then they disconnect from their own truth.”
Asha’s medicine is rooting in healing, and it’s important to heal not only ourselves, but our relationships with our global sisters and brothers.
This episode is a must-listen if:
- ...you wish to support and uplift others, but aren’t sure of the right way to go about it.

- The small but powerful ways you can support BIPOC-owned small businesses right now
