Had a great time both taking class AND podcasting afterwards with Bristol. We talk about the ins & outs of how Jala Yoga was started, the classes offered and we dig deep into the foundational concepts & principles of yoga. Hope you guys enjoy! #91: NSCA: 2024 Rhode Island State Clinic at URI
Great time at the National Strength and Conditioning Association's Rhode Island State Clinic where we were able to get a brief moment with many of the presenters!
We got to sit down and quickly chat with:
Anthony Paiva (Strength Coach at Brown university)
Trent Bassingthwaite (Hawkins Dynamics)
David Ornstein (Physical Therapist and PHD Candidate at URI)
Meghan Collins (Strength Coach at Quinnipiac)
Tim Dileo (Sports Dietitian for UCONN)
Cameron Josse (Strength Coach at Auburn)
This was a new style for us, and was really fun to do! Would love to do more of these style of episodes in the future. Hope you guys enjoy!

#93: Paul Johnson (Trans-con Recap)
Another great episode with Paul where we recap the ups, the downs and the aftermath of his Trans-con run.
His run was 3000 miles (LA to NYC) in 52 days. That's around 57 miles per day average (AKA more than 2 marathons per day). He joins a very few select group of humans (estimates around 400 people) that have ever completed this feat.
