About Jen Karofsky-

Jen Karofsky helps people who want to positively change the world.

Jen is a thought partner and coach to visionaries, changemakers and rule breakers. She offers a deeply personal exploration for those who are called to create impact both personally and professionally. A lover of messy conversations, Jen creates a safe and powerful space for her clients to challenge the perceived barriers that keep them from what they desire most and supports them as they change their story and learn to fiercely choose what matters to them in all areas of their life. Jen’s customized programs draw on her extensive experience and training in the areas of psychology, mental fitness, family systems, integrative nutrition, personal development, embodiment and spiritual consciousness to support her client through a non-traditional lens. Jen holds a masters degree in Counseling Psychology and is a certified Co-active Coach and Positive Intelligence Coach. Married with two children she is the co-author of The Man’s Bathroom Guide to a Happy Midlife Marriage written with her sister.
