"Resist not evil. Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good."
Nothing on earth can resist an absolutely nonresistant person. The Chinese say that water is the most powerful element, because it is perfectly nonresistant. It can wear away a rock, and sweep all before it. Jesus Christ said, "Resist not evil," for He knew in reality, there is no evil, therefore nothing to resist.
Evil has come of man's "vain imagination," or a belief in two powers, good and evil. There is an old legend, that Adam and Eve ate of "Maya the Tree of Illusion," and saw two powers instead of one power, God. Therefore, evil is a false law man has made for himself, through psychoma or soul sleep. Soul sleep means, that man's soul has been hypnotized by the race belief (of sin, sickness and death, etc.) which is carnal or mortal thought, and his affairs have out-pictured his illusions.
That man's soul is his subconscious mind, and whatever he feels deeply, good or bad, is outpictured by that faithful servant. His body and affairs show forth what he has been picturing. The sick man has pictured sickness, the poor man, poverty, the rich man, wealth. People often say, "why does a little child attract illness, when it is too young even to know what it means?" I answer that children are sensitive and receptive to the thoughts of others about them, and often outpicture the fears of their parents.
I heard a metaphysician once say, "If you do not run your subconscious mind yourself, someone else will run it for you." Mothers often, unconsciously, attract illness and disaster to their children, by continually holding them in thoughts of fear, and watching for symptoms. For example: A friend asked a woman if her little girl had had the measles. She replied promptly, "not yet!" This implied that she was expecting the illness, and, therefore, preparing the way for what she did not want for herself and child. However, the man who is centered and established in right thinking, the man who sends out only good-will to his fellow-man, and who is without fear, cannot be touched or influenced by the negative thoughts of others. In fact, he could then receive only good thoughts, as he himself, sends forth only good thoughts.
Resistance is Hell, for it places man in a "state of torment."

Josef’s Message
Josef’s core message is that the vibration we need to create the new earth is now available to humanity and is what Josef represents. A great portion of the human consciousness has already been raised. Unfortunately, much remains to be done to make paradise on earth a reality. This is because so many people are afraid, resisting and pushing against love, our true nature.
The Josef Collective stresses our oneness. Josef wants us to move away from fear and grow more in love and light and to align with who we truly are.
We are microcosm of the Trinity, Josef reminds us. The Father manifests in us as our soul. The Holy Spirit is our individual vibration of the soul, personalized through our ego aspect, our thoughts and our beliefs. The Son is us, the human aspect of the soul.
All three aspects of who we are function together. The Father as our soul is pure love vibration. The ego aspect is an ally to us, the human aspect and is our friend. It gives us feedback through negative emotion, which is our indication when we are out of alignment with our divine nature. The ego helps us make the right choices we need to raise our vibration. The Son, our physical embodiment, seeks to stay congruent with the Father, who is love and light.
All spiritual paths lead to the ultimate one and each generation witnesses a rebirth of spiritual wisdom through art, music, literature, or other cultural forms. Most architects of this constant spiritual evolution are unaware of the true source of their inspiration. Few are suspect that they are being called and directed by divine beings to raise the consciousness of their peers in specific but powerful ways.
Jane Roberts revealed Seth to the world. Dr. Helen Schucman received A Course in Miracles. Jerry and Esther Hicks channeled Abraham. Don Elkins brought back The Ra Material. Spiritual guidance through contact with invisible helpers is likely to continue so long as the human race endures on planet earth. Through Cindy Edison as a channel, the hope is that the right people will receive Josef’s message and help in the never-ending task of raising human consciousness.

The purpose of this meditation is to fully activate your Merkabah. I have mentioned the Merkabah in several meditations. This whole meditation is dedicated to completely activating your aura, moving into your heart and awakening your Merkabah. This is truly a game changer and may be the most important meditation that you do.
If you have been on Earth and did not recently come from somewhere else, your Mer-Ka-Ba has been dormant for 13,000 years. So it has been a very long time since your body has sensed this experience. This breathing practice will reestablish the living Mer-Ka-Ba around your body. The practice functions much like a spinning wheel that has to be spun every so often to keep it spinning. In a Mer-Ka-Ba, however, eventually the repeated spinning begins to take on a life of its own, and at one point in the practice, the spinning will continue indefinitely. But it takes time.
The human being is surrounded by numerous geometric fields of energy that are electromagnetic in nature within this dimension. The Mer-Ka-Ba extends into all possible dimensions, and in each dimension uses the laws of that dimension to manifest. Hundreds of other possibilities exist around the body. the star-tetrahedral field that is the first geometric field off the surface of the body, sometimes referred to as the “opening” to the Mer-Ka-Ba.
“Mer-Ka-Ba” has the same meaning in several languages. In Zulu it is pronounced just like in English. The spiritual leader of the Zulus, Credo Mutwa, says his people arrived here from space on a Mer-Ka-Ba. In Hebrew it is Mer-Ka-Vah, and means both the throne of God and a chariot, a vehicle that carries the human body and spirit from one place to another.
In Egyptian, the word “Mer-Ka-Ba” is actually three words: Mer is a special kind of light, a counterrotating field of light; Ka means spirit, at least here on Earth it has the connotation of the human spirit; and Ba means “the interpretation of the Reality,” which here on Earth usually means the human body.
When you add these words together, my understanding of Mer-Ka-Ba is “a counterrotating field of light that will interact and translate the spirit and the body from one world into another,” though it is really much, much more. It is the creation pattern itself through which all that exists has originated. You know this. It’s nothing really new to you. You just forgot for a moment in time.
You have used the Mer-Ka-Ba a zillion times as your lives have unfolded throughout the creation of space/time/dimension. And you will remember again just as you need it.
Common Problems
1. Spinning the tetrahedrons, top and bottom only.
2. Experiencing the tetrahedrons as either too small or too big, or one bigger or smaller than the other. .
3. When the disk that extends from the Mer-Ka-Ba is in the wrong location. The 55-foot disk that extends from the body comes from the original eight cells, and this disk is in that exact location. It passes through the area of the perineum, near the base of the spine.
4. A reversed-spin field. Various mistaken understandings could cause a reversed-spin field for the Mer-Ka-Ba.
This meditation will activate it correctly and change your life.
